How do I use the portal?
Log in to your account. You will be able to view proposals by clicking on the name. You may sort by city and state so that you can view the communities relevant to your area. All properties will have a description of the RFP as well as a LOR attached. Once you have decided to bid on a property, click the request to bid button. You should receive an email within 48 hours with a link to the property page. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at [email protected].
I have received my approval email to bid. What are my next steps?
Simply click on the link, log in and you can now upload your proposal for the community. Please name the proposal with the Community Name as well as the date you are submittng. All proposals must be in PDF format.
What if I want to submit more than one proposal for the community?
You may upload multiple proposals. Please date each one so that we know which is the most current.
How will I know if my bid has been accepted?
You will receive an email before the bid closes as well as one once the bid has closed. Generally, you will be contacted by CCG if your bid is in serious contention. This may take several weeks.
The bidding has closed on a property and I want to change my proposal. Is this possible?
Unfortunately, once the bid has closed there are no additional proposals accepted.
